This is all about tags. Every tag that starts with a [tag] will end with a [/tag] whether that tag is b for bold or i for italics or whatever.

Respond to this post, and when you see it in the Post Reply Box and click on Source. Look for beginning and end tags. It starts to make sense pretty quick.
